You must notify us of the correct measurements within 5 working days of receipt of your original purchase in order to activate the Fitting Protection Cover. If you have paid for the Fitting Protection Cover, no monies will be refunded. The original order must be returned in it's packaging before we will commence with the delivery of your replacement order. If the original product is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to cancel the cover and halt production of the replacement item.
If a smaller measurement is provided and we are able to, we will alter the original item instead of manufacturing a new item. If the new measurements provided are larger than the original order a charge will be applied for the difference in the price of the two items. We all make mistakes - FPC covers incorrect measurements only and blinds will only be replaced with the same design, colour and specification as the original order apart from the relevant sizing issue. Plain and simple, DO NOT purchase from PRO STICKERS or should I say PRO SCAMMERS! If you do your research you can find the same comments about them on other online platforms. Seems based off the reviews below that we have all experienced the same SCAM. Over the course of the 3-3/4 month's as I have been waiting for this purchase, I have called, texted and emailed numerous times with no reply. I made a purchase back on 03.27.22 and after the purchase the only information I received has been an order confirmation and a shipping label has been created. I have emailed 5 separate times for an update and requested a refund, with NO response. Since then, I have not received any emails updating me on processing.
I placed an order on April 8, 2022, and got a confirmation email immediately. I wanted a different color and decided to go back with these guys. Update emails were sent to me and the package was received in a few days. I ordered a set of overlays back in January with no issue.
